We will arrive within the time window that was selected, If we’re running late due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll shoot you a call.
Because we reserve a specific time for your clean, please makesure if you do need to change the clean make these changes before 5 p.m. the day before your clean to avoid a cancellation fee.
If you believe the clean is not up to scratch, please let us (same day if possible) and we come back to make it right.
A hold will be placed on your card a day before the clean but you will not be charged until we complete the service, you will then receive an email with your invoice. Please note that some banks will show this as a charge, but it will just be a pre-authorization.
